New to Wishes or our Contemporary Program? Finding the perfect Contemporary class is easy!

No matter your age or skill level we have the perfect class for you!

Dancers age 6+ should join Contemporary Level 1

Dancers must be enrolled in any Ballet class to join the Contemporary Program.

Contemporary Level 2 to 6 classes are part of the Year-round Program. To enroll please visit the Front Desk.

Everything you need for your first contemporary class!

Contemporary Level 1 has no dress requirements. Wearing pink tights, any color leotard, and hair pulled in a bun or a ponytail is recommended. Barefoot or turners are optional. While most dancers wear the aforementioned items, dancers may wear any clothes they can comfortably dance in.

Contemporary Level 2 to 6 dancers should wear any color leotard or tights. Any color dance shorts are optional. Hair should be pulled into a bun or a ponytail away from the face. Barefoot or turners are optional.
